AI Consultancy for SMEs
Discovery-led AI strategy and implementation. We find what's really slowing your business down, then build the right fix, from off-the-shelf tools to fully custom solutions.
AI Consultancy That Starts With Your Business
One Stop Creative Agency provides AI consultancy for SMEs (businesses with up to 249 employees), led by AI consultant and strategist Ryan Cook. Based in Ascot, Berkshire, we work with businesses in Windsor, Bracknell and across Berkshire and Surrey, and with SMEs throughout the UK. We don't arrive with a product to sell. We start by discovering how your business really works, find the pain points that cost you time and money, and then deliver the right solution for each one: configuring off-the-shelf tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, automating the work that moves between your systems, or designing something completely custom. Then we help your team adopt it, so it keeps paying for itself.

AI Readiness Assessment
Our AI readiness assessment maps how your business runs, where time and money leak away, and how ready your data and systems are. You get a clear picture of where AI will help, and where it won't.
AI Strategy & Roadmap
A prioritised, plain-English plan covering quick wins, bigger investments, costs, risks and UK GDPR, so every decision is made with your eyes open.
Off-the-Shelf AI Implementation
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini and the AI already inside your software, configured properly with the right settings, permissions and prompts for your team.
Workflow Automation
Automations that connect your existing systems, so enquiries, documents and data move on their own instead of being copied by hand.
Custom AI Solutions
When nothing on the market fits, we design and build bespoke tools, from assistants that answer from your own documents to complete custom platforms.
Training & Adoption
Hands-on training built around your team's actual jobs, clear usage guidelines and simple measures of success, so the tools get used and keep earning their place.
How AI Implementation Works
Discover
We get under the skin of your business: how work flows, where time goes, and what frustrates your team and your customers.
Strategise
We weigh each opportunity on impact, effort, cost and risk, and agree a clear, prioritised roadmap with you.
Build
We deliver each solution, from configuring off-the-shelf tools to automations and fully custom builds.
Adopt
We train your team, set guidelines, measure results and refine, so the change sticks.
Off-the-Shelf AI or a Custom Solution?
We recommend the simplest option that solves the problem: configure the tools you already pay for first, connect your systems second, and build custom only where it gives you an advantage worth owning.
Configure
Set up the right off-the-shelf tools properly. The fastest, lowest-cost route to results, and where most SMEs should start.
Connect
Join your existing systems with automations, adding AI to the steps in between: routing enquiries, summarising documents, preparing reports.
Build
Custom solutions for the problems that are specific to your business, where off-the-shelf tools fall short and the advantage is worth owning.
The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology's AI Adoption Research (2026) found the same pattern: of UK businesses using or planning to use AI, 65% planned to invest in off-the-shelf AI applications, 59% in embedding AI into their existing applications and processes, and 22% in building bespoke solutions.
