PWD came to us to market the property for rental, and the brief was to make it impossible to scroll past. We produced a social-first cinematic video that leads the viewer through the home the way you would actually experience it - the light-filled open-plan kitchen, the cosy wood-burner living spaces, and out into that gorgeous garden - capturing the design-led feel and the lifestyle on offer rather than simply ticking off a list of rooms.

Framed and cut for Instagram, the video gave the listing a premium, high-impact launch that stopped people mid-feed and drove enquiries straight to PWD. The result speaks for itself: Heymede was let quickly, with the marketing playing a real part in getting it in front of the right tenants fast.
