The People Behind the Property

H Prestige Estates is an estate agency in South Ascot, built on a premium, personal service and genuine local market knowledge. They came to us for a promotional video to introduce the agency and the people behind it - a piece of social-first content that shows sellers exactly who they would be trusting with their home, and what sets H Prestige apart.

We built the film around Ben, H Prestige's sales manager, filming him in the office as he talks through what the agency does and the benefits it brings its clients. Along the way he shares their local market expertise, shows us around the office and welcomes a client through the door, before explaining exactly how H Prestige would market your home to achieve the best possible result. It is warm, professional and genuinely personable, and it lands on one clear call to action: book your free valuation.

To finish, we designed a completely custom logo animation - a bespoke motion-graphics sting that brings the H Prestige identity to life and gives the film a polished, brand-defining sign-off. Framed and cut for Instagram, the whole piece is built to run as an advert: a scroll-stopping vertical promo that introduces the team, builds trust and turns viewers into valuations.
