Five Homes, One Remarkable Setting

Bechwood Close is a select development of five detached four and five-bedroom homes, tucked into a quiet, lightly wooded corner of Box Hill in Surrey. Three of the five were still available when we filmed, and we built the film for Jackson-Stops' Dorking office around the two things that set the development apart: the finish inside the show home and the setting outside it.

Darrell Hughes, Partner at Jackson-Stops Dorking, opens the film on the new drive: five exceptional new homes, three available, one remarkable setting. Every line he delivers is animated on screen, word by word, in the brand's own navy and red. The drone then follows the drive up through the trees and over the rooftops before the camera moves inside the show home: a living room built around a log burner, the kitchen's dark island under glass pendant lights, a study, a bedroom and bathroom, and a skylit landing with an oak handrail.

Then the film steps beyond the front door. Box Hill is one of the best-known beauty spots in Surrey, so Darrell delivers his next line from its viewing platform, just five minutes away, before the drone takes in the countryside around it and brings the story back to Bechwood Close.
