An estate agency website worthy of the brand
H Prestige Estates sell and let fine homes across Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Virginia Water and the Wentworth Estate - a director-led agency built on personal service and genuine local knowledge. Their website had to carry that same weight: not a portal clone, not an off-the-shelf theme, but a platform that works as hard as they do.
So we built them one. Every page, every component and every line of code was designed and written specifically for H Prestige - no website builders, no templates, nothing off the shelf.

An editorial shop window
A design language that feels like a property journal - considered typography, art-directed imagery and room to breathe - so fine homes are presented, never listed.

The site had to mirror the agency's CRM automatically - every price change, photo and floorplan - with no manual uploads and no stale stock.
Valuations that win instructions
Two routes to a valuation - instant online estimate or an in-person visit - each one captured, tracked and followed up through a proper lead pipeline.

One secure dashboard to curate listings, manage every lead, publish market insights and run the agency's content - no developer required.
Fine homes, in expert hands
The public site opens like the front cover of a property journal: a full-bleed hero, a considered selection of homes and a search bar that gets out of the way. The palette is drawn from the brand itself - ivory, near-black and a precise champagne gold - set in Fraunces, the same serif you are reading in these headings.
Beneath the surface it is all engineered: buyers can search by area, price, bedrooms or property type, or set a radius around any village and see everything within it - as a list, or plotted on an interactive map. Every listing page carries full galleries, floorplans, an EPC chart, local points of interest and a built-in stamp duty calculator.

Engineered underneath
The site is the visible tenth of the build. Beneath it sits a full product: a property database synced straight from the agency's CRM, a lead pipeline, a publishing system and the compliance plumbing a modern estate agent is required to get right.
Live CRM sync
Listings flow from the agency's CRM to the site automatically - prices, photos, floorplans and EPCs refresh within five minutes of a change, with watchdogs that raise the alarm if anything ever goes quiet.
Search built for the villages
Area, price, beds, type, sales or lettings - plus a true radius search around any road or postcode, and a map view with every filtered result plotted and clickable.
Valuations that convert
An instant online estimate alongside in-person bookings, feeding a pipeline where every enquiry is tracked from first click to instruction - with automatic confirmations to the customer and the office.
Compliance built in
Material information, the Renters' Rights Act, tenant fee rules and landlord fee display are treated as engineering requirements, not footnotes - written into the code, checked before every release.
Privacy done properly
A real three-category cookie consent - maps, analytics and video tours only load once a visitor agrees, and the site works perfectly for those who decline. Rare, and increasingly expected.
Built to be found
Structured data on every listing, per-property social sharing cards, a live sitemap and page-one-ready area guides - an SEO architecture designed in from day one, not bolted on.
Page one, within days
The site went live on 1 September. Within days, Google had it on page one for some of the area's most competitive searches - including "estate agents in Ascot" - ahead of long-established local names and national players.
Early rankings are amazing, but never the whole SEO story. Holding and building positions like these takes ongoing care over the site and its content, and results this quick are not something we would ever promise. What they do show is the head start a fully bespoke build buys: performance, structure, schema and content engineered to Google's requirements at the point of build, not bolted on afterwards.
