Set in one of Cobham's most desirable residential cul-de-sacs, Bramble Rise is a four-bedroom detached family home in a prestigious location - and an exciting opportunity for the right buyer. It is a home in need of a little love, and Bourne Estate Agents came to us with a clear brief: help buyers see past what is there today and fall for what it could become.

So we created a before-and-after film that does exactly that. Using advanced AI editing techniques, we transformed each room on screen, showing the same spaces fully renovated and beautifully finished, then went a step further and visualised how a rear extension and a landscaped garden could reshape the whole home. Shot with a combination of camera and drone and cut as a vertical cinematic reel, it lets viewers walk through the possibilities rather than just imagine them.

It is a powerful way to market a renovation project: instead of asking buyers to picture the potential, we show it to them. The result is a scroll-stopping reel that reframes a project property as a genuine opportunity, helping Bourne capture the imagination of the right buyer from the very first frame. The renovation and extension shown are a visualisation for inspiration only, with no planning permission currently in place - but as a way to sell what a home could be, it is hard to beat.
