A Stunning Effingham Family Home

We produced a cinematic social media video and full photography package for Pacey Wingent Dickson for this stunning four-bedroom house in Effingham, Surrey. A property with a genuine showstopper of a feature: a beautiful open-plan kitchen with a large island and full-width bifold doors that completely transforms the living space on a sunny day.

PWD came to us with a property that had a clear hero space: a spectacular open-plan kitchen and dining area, centred around a generous island unit with bifold doors stretching the full width of the room. When those doors are open and the sun is flooding in, it is the kind of space that sells a house on its own. Our brief was to make sure that space was front and centre in every piece of content we produced.

The package called for a portrait-format cinematic video optimised for Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms, combined with drone videography and a set of professional photography specifically focused on showcasing that kitchen and dining area at its very best.

The bifold doors and the quality of natural light in that kitchen space were so important to the marketing of this property that we returned for a second shoot day specifically to capture it in full sunshine. Getting the light right was non-negotiable, and the resulting footage and photography show exactly why it was worth the effort.
