AI-Enhanced Property Marketing

We produced a full cinematic media package for Simon Alexander of eXp for this one-bedroom apartment on High Street, Addlestone. The centrepiece of the package is a portrait-format social media video, built from the ground up with advanced motion graphics, drone footage, AI-enhanced interior footage, and professional photography.

Simon came to us with a property that presented an interesting challenge: the apartment was vacant at the time of the shoot, with empty rooms that could make it harder for prospective buyers to visualise how they might actually live in the space. Our job was to deliver a media package that not only showcased the property accurately, but brought it to life and gave it the best possible chance of connecting with buyers scrolling through social media.

The brief called for a portrait-format cinematic video built specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form platforms, complemented by drone videography, aerial photography, and full professional interior photography. We also needed to address the empty rooms, which we did seamlessly within the video itself using AI.

The apartment was entirely vacant on the day of the shoot. Within the video edit, we used AI to seamlessly add furniture into the moving footage, so every room appears naturally furnished throughout. The result is completely invisible: unless you saw the raw footage, you would never know the flat was empty. It gives buyers an immediate sense of how the space could be laid out and lived in.
